- Track your shipment via the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, DHL) using the provided link.

- Free Shipping Eligibility:
- Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
- Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for urgent orders.
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses:
- We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. Select “USPS” as your shipping method at checkout for these addresses.
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are welcome; please allow extra 2–3 days for delivery.
3. International Shipping

4. Shipping Carriers
- U.S. Orders:
- Shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on efficiency and cost.
- International Orders:
- Shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx for traceability and reliability.
- No Local Pickup:
- We do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
- You may split your order into multiple shipments to different addresses by:
- Adding items to your cart individually.
- Entering a unique shipping address for each item during checkout.
- Each shipment will incur separate shipping fees.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages:
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

- Contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim.

- After 12 hours, cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
